Feature Description
UMC’s Heavy Duty Thru-Deck Fabricated Roller Buttons are truly unique and unparalleled in the industry. The roller sheaves are manufactured using a hot rolled high strength steel plate fabrication process rather than using a steel casting. The result is a stronger roller button than its cast steel counterpart offering a 25% reduction in weight compared to similar cast steel roller buttons and a smooth bollard surface which reduces line friction and extends the life of wire and synthetic rope. Stronger, lighter and easier on your equipment. Our fabricated roller buttons are available in 8 sizes ranging from a 6″ throat diameter to a 20″ throat diameter.
